It seems Apple has took some time to post a list of key differences between how CDMA and GSM iPhones deal with calls on their support page. Apple describes how to enable and use features like call waiting, call forwarding and conference calling on a GSM or CDMA iPhone. Some features such as enabling SIM PIN or importing SIM contacts, selecting a carrier network or editing an APN are obviously not available on the CDMA iPhone 4 as compared to the GSM model.
