Apple Releases the first Beta of iOS 4.1 and iPhone SDK 4.1

Apple has finally released the much awaited first beta version of iOS 4.1 along with its development kit. iOS 4.1 beta has been released for iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 and iPod Touch 2G and 3G. There is not much information yet on what are the main changes in this new release.

iOS 4.1

Previously, Apple had announced in an official statement that they would solve the signal issue with a software update but we don’t think Apple will do it with the official beta release of iOS 4.1. While a few people are reporting improvements in the signal meter, most aren’t. If this problem can be solved with a software update then Apple may push out a smaller update to address this issue.
