While rooting Nexus S isn’t that difficult via ADB, it isn’t the easiest thing to do either for the average joe. Luckily, PaulObrien, an Android developer/hacker has created a simple one click SuperBoot which is probably the easiest method to root your Nexus S on Android 2.3.3. It automatically flashes your Nexus S with the boot.img file which roots Android 2.3.3 as well as install SU and SuperUser. Read more...

But there are still users who would rather have a device with a keyboard that can come in handy during messaging and typing in long emails. Amongst such Android devices with physical keyboards, one of the choices for users is the T-Mobile HTC G2.

Just like other cool startups ( Facebook has a pirate as well as leet language as options ), Google has a hidden hacker language. It turns the language of Google Search to ‘leet’ speak. While it’s not the easiest thing to understand, specially if you’re not the geeky type like us, it’s very entertaining. Read more...

ih8swn0w has been the first to get a jailbreak tool out of the door that works on Windows for iOS 4.3 after its official release. sn0wbreeze 2.3b1 ( it’s a beta ) creates a custom jailbroken iOS 4.3 firmware without upgrading the baseband on iPhone 4/3GS. It’s not advised to upgrade to iOS 4.3 yet if you want to jailbreak it because a lot of important components such as MobileSubstrate don’t play nicely with iOS 4.3. Also, it’s a tethered jailbreak. This means that you’ll have to re-jailbreak your iOS device everytime you restart it. Read more...
