Microsoft has released Windows 7 Service Pack 1 RTM to MSDN and TechNet subscribers today. This is technically the same build which was leaked all over the Internet almost a month ago. Today seems the be the custom-firmware-jailbreak-tools release day. Earlier, PwnageTool 4.2 was released for Mac which jailbreak iOS 4.2.1 untethered on all devices. Now, sn0wbreeze 2.2 is available which does the same i.e. create custom jailbroken firmware for iOS 4.2.1. A few moments ago, pictures were tweeted out of Cydia running on Verizon iPhone 4. This untethered jailbreak was achieved through greenpois0n although a few bug fixes were needed to make it possible. disableEmergency is a new Cydia tweak that lets you disable the emergency call button on screen lock. This app adds an option to Settings.app which lets you toggle it on or off. This tweak won’t allow you to make an emergency call in case of a real emergency too so we aren’t really sure why anyone would want to risk that.
