<Category: Apple, iPhone, iPod, iTunes> 2 Comments

Camera+, one of the top-rated photography apps, has been pulled from the App Store. Developed by taptaptap, Camera+ offered numerous features including digital zoom, image stabilization, FX and editing, etc. In the latest update, the developers added an easter egg which enabled users to snap pictures using the volume button instead of using the touch screen button.

<Category: Apple, iPad> No comment

If you are still in denial that the iPad craze has taken the world by storm, check out these latest figures released from Apple. Over 2 Million iPads have been sold so far in under 60 days since the April 3 launch. When you compare these to sales figures of competitors like Joo Joo ( and the deaths of tablets and concepts such as HP Slate and Courier respectively ), you’ll realize why these numbers matter a lot.

Kitchen cabinet mounted iPad!

<Category: Apple, iPad> Only 1 comment

Now I’m not a kitchen person at all, but I absolutely love this idea. If I knew how to cook or spent any time in the kitchen at all, I would definitely do this! Alan Daly came up with the idea and mounted his iPad into a kitchen cabinet. The iPad is held by a wooden mount from the inside, from which it can easily be slid out. Check out the video below or the flickr photostream here. This is one high-tech kitchen.

How to Microwave an iPad

<Category: Apple, iPad> No comment

Have you seen the a couple of iPad destruction videos? Well here’s another one. This time, for that sadistic side of you, somebody has micro waved the iPad. You can see it slowly start to smoke and then eventually burst into flames. The video is pretty long so you should skip to 3:30 to see the real action.

Cydia running on jailbroken iPad!

<Category: Apple, iPad> No comment

cdevwill has recently posted a picture that shows Cydia running on the iPad. The picture isn’t very clear. If you don’t look closely, you could easily assume that this could be an iPhone. But concentrate, you can see the bigger status bar on top, proving that this is infact the iPad. The developer doesn’t tweet about when it’ll be released but promises us a video and better pictures soon.

Microsoft rolls out invitations for event!

<Category: Microsoft> No comment

That’s pretty much all the information we have. Engadget reports that they’ve received an invite from Microsoft for an event in San Francisco on April 12th. The invite didn’t give away much, saying “It’s time to share.” What Microsoft is planning to share, nobody knows. Will it be the Courier? Or will they finally unveil Pink? Its between God and Microsoft at the moment.msftevent

The App Store – Now on Facebook

<Category: Apple, Internet, iTunes> No comment

Its always been a pain for me to browse applications on iTunes. You obviously couldn’t have multiple tabs, you had to view an app and then go back to the category every single time. Then Apple made our life easier by letting us browse Apps in our browsers.
