Whether or not you are a fan of Microsoft or a fan of Apple, it really doesn't matter. The iPod has been dominating the MP4 player scene for a long time and it is doubtful that it will change anytime soon. The Zune has many good features, but is dominated when it comes to the Applications, and web browser. But last time I checked, the Zune is a multimedia device. Not a PDA. Same for the iPod and iTouch. If I want a PDA, I'd get a blackberry. But I want something where I can listen to music, watch videos, view photos, and send messages to people. Let's see. My Zune can do that. So I guess I'm sold. Its a lot more user friendly than the iPod, but despite the Zune's low popularity and very low advertisement, the iPod will forever dominate the MP4 player scene, and this will only push Microsoft harder to make better decisions next time it makes changes to their devices.
