blackra1n RC2 for iPhone OS 3.1.2 jailbreak released – Fixes for iPhone and iPod Touch
Important: iPhone OS 3.1.3 has been released for the iPhone and iPod Touch. We’ve got a new guide up on how to jailbreak iPhone 3.1.3 and iPod Touch 3.1.3 with redsn0w 0.9.4. Don’t upgrade to iPhone OS 3.1.3 if you’re using an unlocked iPhone 3G/3Gs or a jailbroken iPod Touch 2G (MC Model)/3G. The redsn0w guide is for iPhone 2G/3G jailbreak and iPod Touch 1G/2G ( non MC Models) only.
As expected, blackra1n RC2, the updated version with bug fixes of the latest iPhone OS 3.1.2 jailbreak tool by George Hotz has been released. Along with fixing jailbreak issues, it also brings support for tethered jailbreak for iPod Touch 8GB and new iPhone 3GS’es. Note: tethered jailbreak means that you’ll have to connect your device to your Mac or PC to start again after a reboot with jailbreak. You must also have OS 3.1.2 on your iPhone or iPod Touch to jailbreak using blackra1n RC2.

i had everything installed to my i-pod then it made me restore it ; now when i try to put it again it brongs me to itunes and says i have to restore my i-pod ! why isnt it letting me program it again ?
i have downloaded jailbreak and it stil not on my itouch it jus says that its done when im doing exactly what its tellin me to wthel!!!

so how would i jailbreak an ipod touch 3g 3.1.3? im so confused with all this, is it even possible now cause i tried to run blackra1n and it just leave it on the connect to itunes screen… HELP
i can not turn my ipod touch 3g os 3.1.2 off or allow it to power down, i ran the rc3, n it still hasn’t fixed the issue.
I jailbroke my itouch 3.1.2 but then everytime I turn it off or the battery drains I have to restore it. HELP
