Windows 8 build 6.1.7850.0.winmain_win8m1.100922-1508_x86fre_client-enterprise_en-us.iso has been leaked in the wild! This is the first Windows 8 build to be leaked and according to Neowin, it is the final Milestone 1 as well as the last version 6.1 build. You wont find this build yet on your favorite file sharing website because it has just been leaked to a private ftp.

According to PocketNow, a newer build of Windows Phone 7 software (supposedly a build of Mango update) has been found running on an LG Optimus 7. The handset belongs to Windows Phone Italy commenter “Huggye” who has posted a picture of his WP7 home screen showing a search button. He comments on his picture “look who came to me with the node that button.” Previously this mysterious search-style button was seen on the home screen and applications listing of an HD2 running WP7, as reported by PocketNow. The Windows Phone 7 March 2011 update aka “NoDo” is now available for download. The first WP7 update for year 2011 features the much awaited “copy and paste” and a whole lot more. This is a rare thing to happen but sometimes, due to OEM crap ware, the power plans in Windows 7 (or Vista, if that’s your thing ) either disappear or are renamed to something else than what they are in a clean Windows 7 install. Recently, due to a certain HP app, the High Performance power plan just disappeared from my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit edition install on my notebook and I was just left with 2 options for power plans, Balance and Power saver.
