FlashToHTML5 Safari Extension Converts your YouTube Flash Videos

A new extension available for you Safari browser is FlashToHTML5. The new extension will attempt to convert all YouTube Flash videos to HTML5 at the highest resolution possible. This will help you have longer battery life because you are not killing your CPU loading and playing Flash.

This new extension replaces the ability to do this in YouTubes preferences, but you don’t need to login in order to do the conversion. This new extension beats YouTube’s ability to do the conversion by giving you a higher resolution after converting. You can download the extension from the developer’s site here.

If you are a YouTube video junkie, then this is definitely for you. It will save your battery, will keep you away from evil Adobe, and give you a higher resolution video output for all those Kitty videos.
