How To: Gain Access to iCloud.com without a Developers Account

We reported yesterday that Apple’s iCloud.com beta was finally available to developers. We also let you know the pricing that Apple was setting on their iCloud Storage. Now that you’ve seen all the screenshots, you may want to try iCloud.com on your own. Well, OSX daily has posted steps on how anyone can access iCloud.com without a developer account. As a note, this must be done in either Safari or Google Chrome.

Step 1: Go to iCloud.com and ignore the login prompt for now.

Step 2: Right-Click anywhere on the webpage and select “inspect element”

Step 3: Click on the “console” button on the far right at the top of the window.

Step 4: Paste the following in the Javascript console:

CloudOS.statechart.gotoState(“active.springboard”)

Step 5: Hit the Return key and watch the page go right to the iCloud.com springboard.

An important piece of information to note, is that without a beta login, you won’t be able to click on any of the buttons. You will get an error that iCloud has stopped, and it will ask you to reload the page, thus causing you to logout. So this is basically just to look at and enjoy on your own.
