Safari 4's speed is more of a marketing effect than anything else, and I would rather use some other browsers than such a bloated browser as Safari 4. Also, you should have noticed that they didn't compare Beta versions of browsers, and not comparing with Safari 3 definitely has a reason as it's NOT used by as much Windows users as Chrome and Firefox.
