Previously, we have covered tutorials on how to jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 on iPhone 4 & iPhone 3GS and how to jailbreak iPod Touch 3G & iPod touch 4G on 4.3.2 iOS with custom PwnageTool bundles released by DjayB6, soon after iOS 4.3.2 was rolled out by Apple. Please note that this is a tethered jailbreak. It means every time you reboot (turn off / on) your device, you’ll need Tethered Boot Utility to boot it into a tethered jailbroken state!

*Disclaimer: iTD is NOT responsible for any damage done to your device using this method. By following our guide, you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK.

First, back your device and download the required tools:

– iOS 4.3.2 for iPad here

– PwnageTool Custom 4.3.2 Bundles for iPad here

– iTunes 10.1 from here

– Latest PwnageTool 4.3 here

– Tethered Boot Utility from here

After you’ve downloaded the above files, you’re ready to proceed with the jailbreak.

Follow the same steps posted in our detailed iOS 4.3.2 jailbreak tutorial simply replacing that custom .bundle file with the one you’ve downloaded above for your iPad !

Also, copy / paste the following files which are found under /Firmware/dfu/ ( in Step 10):

1. iBSS.k48ap.RELEASE.dfu

2. kernelcache.release.k48

Accordingly, use the following commands in Terminal for Tethered Boot:

sudo -s

cd /User/Desktop/Tetherboot/

./tetheredboot iBSS.k48ap.RELEASE.dfu kernelcache.release.k48

Enjoy!
