One of the major improvements in Windows 7 are its extensive personalization options. You can either download themes from the voluminous collection from the Personalization Gallery or create your own basic themes that can easily be shared with friends and family. Their Personalization Gallery is updated quite often and with the coming of valentines day, four new themes have been added to it. Namely, Valentine, Cats Everywhere, Dogs in Summer and Year of the Tiger.

All the themes have multiple backgrounds, distinct colour schemes and different sounds. These themes can be downloaded and easily installed by double clicking. You can download the new themes from the Personalization Gallery or by clicking on the links below:
