Can’t drag and drop folders into SkyDrive. This is a big limitation.

Copy and past works. You just cannot copy and paste folder. You can create the folder on the skydrive explorer first and then copy the files to it.

Tried it a bit last night. Hasn't explored all the functions yet, but too bad they missed out Cut & Paste function, and giving out feedback when an operation is running. For example, when copying, it doesn't say things like “Copying files…” that Windows Explorer do.
