Sync your iPod without iTunes using Spotify

The music service Spotify has released their latest version to compete with iTunes.  They have made it so you can now sync your iPod without even using iTunes.  You can sync all your music and playlists, with just the click of a button.  All you need to do is plug in your iPod Nano, shuffle, or classic, and sync away.

Spotify has also released an updated iOS app, that is also free, which will allow you to sync your iPhone wirelessly as well, assuming it is on the same network as your PC.  You can even use the same functionality with an iPod Touch. Spotify also offers music downloads at $.89 each, highly competing with iTunes.  It will be interesting to see how quickly Apple if they decide to do so, takes this down.

Below is a video posted by Spotify about their service.  Take the time to watch, it’s very informative.
