We’ve shown you how to create a bootable Lion DVD as well as a bootable Lion USB Drive. We even showed you today how to use Lion DiskMaker to create a DVD or USB Solution for Lion Recovery. However, in order to do any of those, you need to have the Lion installer on your machine. The problem is that when Lion gets installed, the installer is removed. So in the past, if you needed to redownload Lion, you would need to do so from a Mac with Snow Leopard (10.6.8) installed on it. Well, the folks at OSXDaily have found a solution to redownload the installer from a Lion PC. Follow along below to redownload the installer.

How To: Disable Resume in Mac OSX Lion for Specific Applications

How To Install Android 2.3.2 Gingerbread on Samsung Galaxy S [Guide]

After a long wait and tons of leaked Android 2.2 Froyo builds, Samsung Galaxy S users got a well deserved Gingerbread 2.3.2 build I9000XWJV1. This is a beta build but everything seems to work in it. There are some reported incompatibilities with different apps but that’s due to the fact that it’s a Gingerbread build and not Froyo. Other than that, it seems like a good build to try out.
