Apple has confirmed they will be launching a new product in the third quarter, during their quarterly earnings conference yesterday.

Apple released Xcode 4.1 on the Mac App Store on Wednesday.
Previously, the application was available to users for a one-time fee of $4.99 from the Mac App Store, or if they had a developer account they could download it for free from the Developers Center.
Google today has released their long awaited app for their new “Facebook Killer”, Google+. The company announced several weeks ago that their app was submitted to Apple for approval, and we expected it to take a couple weeks. The day is here now and you can go download it here.

If you haven’t seen the new push notification format in iOS 5, then this may look a bit unfamiliar to you. CallBar utilizes this new functionality and applies it to your incoming calls. After enabling the tweak, it will show phone calls and facetime calls up at the top of the screen, similar to the notifications, and allows you to accept or decline the call.

With all the crazy iPhone rumors going around lately, it sure does become hard to believe what is real and what is fake. The folks over at BGR have gotten some information from a solid source of theirs that says Apple will launch a prepaid/lower cost iPhone this year. The phone itself will sell for no more than $350 and will not require a contract.

@i0n1c, the iOS developer and hacker behind untethered jailbreak exploit discovered in iOS 4.3.1 till 4.3.3 has made it clear not to expect a similar untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.4 in the coming few weeks. As Apple released iOS 4.3.4, it patched not only the PDF vulnerability exploited by @comex in JailbreakMe 3.0 for iPad 2 jailbreak but also patched @i0n1c’s untethered exploit. Even though iOS 4.3.4 can be jailbroken with latest Redsn0w on iPhone 4 / 3GS, iPod touch 3G/4G and iPad 1, it is however a tethered one.

iOS 4.3.4 is out and has been jailbroken already using the latest Redsn0w 0.9.8b3 release by Dev Team. Unlike the previous jailbreaks for iPhone 4 / 3GS, iPod Touch & iPad on iOS 4.3.x, this one is a tethered jailbreak since the existing untethered venerability discovered by @i0n1c has been patched by Apple in iOS 4.3.4 along with the PDF vulnerability found in iOS 4.3 to 4.3.3 used in JailbreakMe 3.0 by @comex. Nonetheless, Limera1n exploit still works on iOS 4.3.4 for all devices except the iPad 2 which can be applied to jailbreak your device using the latest Redsn0w.
