This news rather comes with a surprise as Apple’s biggest invention of the year, the iCloud, has already received a lawsuit even before it has actually been launched to the general public. A communications company from Arizona registered by the name of iCloud Communications LLC, has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Apple over using the name iCloud. The updated tool can jailbreak iOS 5 beta 1 running on any iPhone 4 (GSM & CDMA) / iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 3G / 4G and iPad / iPad 2. However, the jailbreak is currently tethered meaning you need to plug it to your computer to run it in jailbroken mode, every time to reboot your device.
