Engadget is reporting that yet another iPhone 4G leak has appeared from Vietnam on an online forum. The cool thing about this leak is that it isn’t running any debug OS but iPhone OS 4! Engadget thinks that this is an older prototype than the one Gizmodo had found as it is marked ‘N90 PRO2’ which stands for N90 (Internal Apple codename for iPhone 4G) Working Prototype 2. Well it looks like the iPhone that was discovered by Engadget some days ago was a real prototype of iPhone 4G. Somehow Gizmodo got hold of that iPhone 4G prototype and they just confirmed that this device is the real deal. Although Apple may change the final packaging of the device but still the internals of the device would probably be same as the this prototype. Read more...

Well, that didn’t take long. Just a day after the Windows Phone 7 Series emulator was made available, the guys over at XDA managed to extract the ROM. HD2 owners, don’t get too excited as there are no signs yet of whether this will be ported to older devices or not. The ROM only has the settings panel and Internet Explorer, but according to Long Zheng: Read more...

Once again the rumor mill is running hot about the iPod Touch getting a camera this fall, as Wired has gotten information from its sources that Apple’s factories in China are already manufacturing iPod Touch models with cameras and built in microphones.
As already rumored earlier, the new iPod Touch would have video recording as well since it’ll contain the same camera as the iPhone 3G S, and a speedy processor and more memory is also to be expected to help with smooth video recording and editing. This will allow the iPod Touch to work with even more applications from the App Store, with the exception of the ones that use GPS or the compass in the iPhone 3G S. The next gen games in the App Store that would require faster processing power to handle better graphics should also be compatible with the new iPod Touch if the rumors are true. Wired thinks that it’ll also handle voice commands which wouldn’t be a surprise if it gets the same processor as the iPhone 3G S.
Expect the new iPod Touch to launch around September in a special event by Apple. To add to the rumor mill, here’s something TechCrunch blogged about, back in December last year. An iPod Touch with a 7 or 9 inch screen: Read more...

Some guy claims to have taken pictures of an early developer Beta of Google Chrome OS. He works with some company who supplies parts for Acer laptops and got a chance to take the pictures because he was the last person to leave the room and had his mini cam with him. He also says he is "putting my career and notability on the line in this”.
While I wont bet on this, I’m amazed at how much information he has given out in the bold parts. It’ll be very easy for Acer or Google to find out who he is and sack him. Also, if it was such a private demo, how come he was allowed to have a mini cam with him? Also, the Google logo shown in the wallpaper is very different than the official Google logo. Notice the difference in letter colors.
According to him: Read more...
