Apple is finishing up it’s new line of MacBook Pros set to be unveiled at WWDC this year. The new MacBook Pros will feature an all new design giving them a much slimmer body, USB 3.0 and will utilize Intel’s new IvyBridge Processors. The new Pros are also set to have a new Retina Display that is said to be powered by Nvidia graphics.

3G MacBook Pro Prototype Auction Pulled from eBay, MagSafe Antenna Identified!
We showed you a prototype MacBook Pro on Monday, which had an antennae for 3G connections attached to it. It turns out that Apple has pulled the auction from eBay. For what reason? We are not sure, but the bids on the laptop did reach $70,000 before Apple pulled the plug.

Apple’s MacBook line is without a doubt the top of the line laptop available to any user. They are feature rich, built great and are always on the cutting edge of technology available. The one and only thing that may be missing is a built in 3G modem for superior wireless capabilities. However, back in 2008 Steve Jobs told USAToday that he didn’t add the 3G functionality to the Macbook line because it created more complexity for engineers and locked users into using only once carrier.

The new range of MacBook Pros is expected to be unveiled tomorrow. i.e Thursday, February 24th. More evidence has emerged in the form of multiple spec-sheet leaks in German and English languages for the updated 13″ MacBook Pro 2011 which confirms that Apple has included Intel’s Light Peak high-speed connection port under the name, “Thunderbolt”. The spec-sheet also suggests that it will include an SDXC card reader which has the ability to read a card of up to 2TB capacity. Also, the webcam is referred to as “FaceTime-HD camera” which suggests the arrival of perhaps, FaceTime-HD?
2011 MacBook Pros Will Have SSD For Faster OS, Larger Trackpad & Lighter body!
As the rumored MacBook Pro 2011 lineup release date of February 24 approaches, some more details begin to show up about the upcoming refresh. According to BGR, the new MacBook Pros will feature a SSD / hard drive combo such that the OS will be stored on the faster solid state disks (8-16GB) while everything else will load straight off the regular but much larger capacity hard drive. The trackpads will also be larger than before and the overall weight of MBPs will be less by almost half a pound.

No matter what we say, Nokia is the mobile market leader in the world. On the other hand, MacBook Pro is one the better notebooks available as it is great from both aspects – hardware and looks. How to Manually Switch Graphics Processors on the New MacBook Pros running Intel’s i5 and i7?
The new MacBook Pro lineup by Apple is just phenomenal in terms of graphics, but there’s an issue on how to manually switch between the two graphics processors, the GeForce GT 330M and Intel’s HD Graphics. The GeForce GT 330M graphics chip is really power hungry on it’s own and sucks up all the precious battery, but there’s a way to switch between the GeForce GT 330M chip and the onboard built-in Intel Graphics chip using gfxCardSatus.
