Several reports are coming in from several New York Stores that the new signage is about to get setup. This new signage being for the Lion release tomorrow morning. The below photo is from an Apple Store in New York, where you can see several employees upgrading computers and the large cardboard boxes in the front that are presumably the new signs for Lion. Now all we can do is get a good night of sleep, set our alarms and keep checking the Mac App Store in the morning for the new download. Read more...

That’s right folks. Today was Apples Quarterly earnings call and they did more than just announce some amazing figures. Apple’s own Peter Oppenheimer made the announcement during the call that OSX Lion would release tomorrow, and we can’t wait! Apple also posted record results for the quarter with $7.31 Billion in Profit, $28.57 Billion in Revenue, 20.34 Million iPhones and 9.25 Million iPads sold. Pretty impressive for any company to post. A few days ago Apple released updates to these apps in the Mac App Store, but users who had it preinstalled or installed the software outside of the App Store could not get the newest updates.
