Mozilla have been churning out betas for Firefox 4 like anything. I’ve been following the progress of the betas closely and there has been a lot of progress through out the development life cycle for Firefox 4 so far although it’s still not Google Chrome like fast yet. screen-tab-location

Microsoft Expression Blend 3 + SketchFlow RC available for download now

Expression Blend 3 + SketchFlow is a visual tool for designing and prototyping desktop and web applications. You build an application by drawing shapes, drawing controls such as buttons and list boxes, making the pieces of your application respond to mouse clicks and other user input, and styling everything to look uniquely your own.

Microsoft Expression Blend 3 Preview Setup

Expression Blend 3 + SketchFlow RC is now available for download on Microsoft Download Center. It was previously released as a preview only but didn’t have SketchFlow. The download is around 71.2MB.

The chart has 34 features compared ranging from file organization and search to security, remote access, management and deployment. The chart is available in a PDF from Microsoft Download Center, but I’ve snipped the image for convenience. Click on the image to see a larger version. Print it out and keep it close if you’re an IT professional, it might come in handy when trying to convince other people on Windows 7’s new and improved features for enterprise.

Tell Microsoft if Windows 7 is ready to ship

imagePaul Thurrott has already said, Windows 7 will ship on 15th October, which contradicts with the time frame given by Microsoft that is ‘they’ll ship it, when it’s ready’. input.Microsoft.com is your chance to still give feedback on Windows 7, and let them know if you think it’s ready to ship or not. You can consider the various aspects of Windows 7, and tell whether it is ready to ship and if not,  you have to give a reason why. While the feedback tool might have disappeared from Windows 7 RC and the features set in stone, you can still provide your feedback on the following:

Unless you’ve been living under a rock since ages, you would be very well aware about the public release of Windows 7 Release Candidate. If you don’t want to go through the hassle of signing up and so on, here are the direct download links for both 32 and 64 bit version of the RC.image

Windows 7 Release Candidate has been leaked!

image That’s right. It’s now available in the interwebs, in both x86 and x64 versions. The build string is the same as I had posted earlier 7100.0.090421-1700. To be sure that the ISO is original, Long has posted the file hash of the 32 bit build of Windows 7 RC.

Windows7 RC to be 7100

Windows 7 Yes, that’s right. Build version 6.1.7100.0.winmain_win7rc.090421-1700 is going the be the release candidate of Windows 7, expected on 5th May. While, there are also expectations that Steven Sinofsky might have some surprises for RC or RTM, there’s no source to confirm it so far. A little clean up of the UI is certain, also expect a new wallpaper instead of the Betta Fish one.
