Apple creates an iPad ready websites showcase

<Category: Apple, iPad> No comment

Apple has created a new section on their website for iPad ready websites. It contains giants such as CNN, Reuters, New York Times and many more. By iPad ready, it means that they use web standards such as HTML5 so that you can easily view content in mobile Safari. Since the iPad doesn’t support Flash ( and never would unless there’s a miracle ), HTML5 video is the chosen web standard Apple is trying to get developers to support to make their content compatible with the iPad.
