ultrasn0w, the unlock tool for iPhone has been upgraded to version 1.1-1, according to the iPhone Dev Team. This version improves battery life on standby. So if you thought your battery was running out too quickly, stop blaming Apple and realize you jailbroke it – so that’s all you’ll get.

The update is available in Cydia. Just open up and let it refresh and upgrade.

Did you upgrade Cydia to latest packages? Also, disable multitasking and background wallpapers if you enabled them.
