multitasking on iPhone 3G with iPhone OS 4We already know that multitasking for iPhone 3G and iPod touch 2G on iPhone OS 4 will not be officially supported because of lower RAM and slow processors. But multitasking is very much possible on these devices, if we jailbreak them and then edit the N82AP.plist file.

DarkMalloc posted a video demonstrating multitasking on a jailbroken iPhone 3G running OS 4. Multitasking for the heavier apps may not run so smooth, but if you are planning to use some lightweight apps than this would work great for you.
