VSCO Studio Pro Launches With Batch Editing for 100 Photos at Once

VSCO is expanding beyond its well-known photo filters and creative editing tools with the launch of VSCO Studio Pro, a new app built specifically for professional photographers. Available now on iPhone, the app introduces large-scale batch editing, AI-powered style matching, and tighter integration with VSCO’s growing ecosystem of photography tools.

VSCO Studio Pro

The launch marks VSCO’s latest push into professional photography workflows. Over the past few years, the company has expanded beyond image editing with products focused on client management, portfolio websites, mood boards, galleries, and business operations. Studio Pro is designed to bring editing into that broader workflow, helping photographers process large shoots more efficiently while staying within the VSCO ecosystem.

The standout feature in VSCO Studio Pro is the ability to batch edit up to 100 photos simultaneously. Photographers can apply presets, filters, and adjustments across an entire selection of images at once, significantly reducing the time required to process weddings, events, portrait sessions, sports photography, and other high-volume shoots. VSCO says the goal is to allow professionals to complete edits in seconds rather than hours, even while working directly from an iPhone.

Another major addition is Style Match, an AI-powered tool that analyzes a reference image and recreates its color, tone, and overall mood on other photos. The feature can be used to maintain a consistent editing style across projects or quickly replicate the look requested by a client. Instead of manually recreating adjustments, photographers can generate a matching style automatically and apply it across multiple images.

Studio Pro also integrates with VSCO Galleries, allowing photographers to publish edited work directly to client galleries without exporting and re-uploading files. This creates a more streamlined workflow between editing and delivery, particularly for professionals who already use VSCO’s gallery platform for client projects.

VSCO Galleries

At launch, VSCO Studio Pro focuses primarily on speed and workflow efficiency rather than matching the full depth of established desktop editors. Some professional tools, including advanced cropping options and curves adjustments, are not yet available. However, VSCO has indicated that additional capabilities are planned as the company gathers feedback from photographers and continues developing the platform. Support for RAW workflows, enhanced export controls, and more advanced editing features are also expected in future updates.

While the app is currently available on iOS, VSCO has confirmed that a macOS version is in development and will arrive later. The company sees Studio Pro as a cross-platform editing solution that will allow photographers to start editing on mobile and continue refining projects on desktop.

VSCO Studio Pro is free to download, but advanced features require a paid subscription. The app is included with VSCO’s Starter, Plus, and Pro plans, with premium access costing up to $13 per month or $80 per year depending on the selected tier.

Alongside the new app, VSCO is preparing to launch VSCO One, a new professional bundle priced at $499.99 per year. The subscription will combine Studio Pro with the company’s broader suite of tools, including Workspace for business management, Sites for portfolio creation, Galleries for client delivery, Canvas for collaboration, Capture, AI Lab, and educational resources through The Freelance Photographer program.
