iPhone Ultra Colors May Have Leaked

Apple’s rumored iPhone Ultra could arrive in two colors when the company’s first foldable iPhone is unveiled next month. A new leak points to silver and dark blue finishes for Apple’s upcoming ultra-premium model.

The colors haven’t been confirmed by Apple, and the leak comes from third-party accessories rather than official Apple hardware. Still, the images offer a possible clue about the finishes Apple could ultimately use for the iPhone Ultra.

New Leak Points To Silver And Dark Blue

Leaker Sonny Dickson has shared images of two camera protectors designed for the rumored iPhone Ultra. The accessories appear in silver and dark blue, potentially revealing the colors being prepared for Apple’s first foldable iPhone.

There is an important caveat here. These aren’t Apple’s official accessories. Third-party accessory makers typically use information from supply-chain sources and leaked specifications when preparing products ahead of a launch. That means the colors can provide a clue, but they aren’t definitive proof of Apple’s final choices.

Dickson does, however, have a history of sharing Apple-related accessory leaks ahead of product launches.

The latest colors are also slightly different from what previous reports have suggested. A February rumor claimed the iPhone Ultra could feature a dark gray or black finish alongside a white or light silver option.

If the latest leak is accurate, Apple may have replaced the darker gray or black option with a deep blue finish.

That would give the rumored iPhone Ultra a more distinctive color lineup without moving too far from the neutral finishes Apple typically uses on its highest-end devices.

Apple Could Be Keeping The iPhone Ultra Colors Simple

The reported color choices would make sense for a device expected to sit above the existing iPhone lineup.

Apple has historically used more restrained finishes on its Pro models, while reserving brighter colors for some standard iPhone models. A silver and dark blue combination would give the iPhone Ultra a premium look while still offering customers a choice between a classic and more distinctive finish.

The rumored iPhone Ultra is expected to be Apple’s first foldable iPhone and could be introduced alongside the iPhone 18 Pro lineup. That would make this year’s iPhone launch significantly different from Apple’s usual annual refresh.

There are still plenty of unanswered questions about the device, including its final name, design, specifications and pricing. The color options are also subject to change before launch.

For now, silver and dark blue are the two finishes suggested by the latest leak. If more accessories or dummy units appear in the coming weeks, they could provide additional clues about whether Apple is actually planning these colors.

Apple is expected to reveal its next-generation iPhone lineup next month, so we shouldn’t have to wait much longer to find out whether the iPhone Ultra really arrives in these two finishes.
