Timespent Adds a Layout for Every iPhone Duo Pose

timespent, an activity timer and habit tracker, has a layout for every pose of the iPhone Duo. Unfolded in landscape it shows the Activities screen with a streak calendar and weekly chart, half folded it splits a large timer from its controls, and closed it fills the outer display with widgets.

The app is pitched as two screens for your goals, routines and progress, and it supports every layout that the iPhone Duo has to offer, just in time for when iPhone Duo launch apps arrive. The app is available now on the App Store.

Five iPhone Duo Poses Get Five Different timespent Layouts

Unfolded in landscape, the Activities screen shows an activity card with today’s minutes, a tutorial video and a photo beside a streak calendar and a bar chart of the week’s total. Unfolded in portrait, the Supertrends screen stacks four charts for activities such as Calisthenics, flourish and Reading, with weekly and monthly totals in two chart styles and a ring chart.

Half folded, the top half becomes a large timer, set to a Hand Stand Hold session in the example, and the bottom half holds reset, play and Done buttons, with a quote from Lao Tzu underneath.

Closed, the Home Screen carries timespent widgets such as a ring chart, an activity summary, a streak calendar and a progress chart that compares one month against the last. Summary widgets can also show a progress ring, such as a deadlift summary with an all-time max of 150 kg. Stood on its side, the closed phone shows a full-screen timer with the same reset, play and Done buttons.

Dozens of Widgets Cover Habits, Workouts, Focus, Hydration and Money

timespent offers dozens of widgets, in the app and on the Home Screen, including Start Session, Quick Add and Add Tally buttons, calendar widgets and summary rings that track a daily limit. The same tools cover daily habits, logging every set and rep of a workout, focus and study timers with streaks, medication and supplement reminders, hydration and spending. Reminders arrive as push notifications, and the My Day screen pairs a weekly calendar with a daily plan and a history log of recent activities. A year in review screen summarizes personal records and tallies across activities, with a heatmap calendar for each one.

A feature called Project Pan tracks makeup and skincare products so they do not go to waste. The iPhone Duo layouts cover five poses, which are landscape, half folded, portrait, closed and standing.
