Apple has refreshed its entire band lineup for Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4, and the new colors lean darker and more muted than the bright palette from earlier this year. Burgundy, Dark Olive and Dark Umber replace some of the spring shades, and two premium metal bands pick up new finishes as well. The bands went up for order on September 9, 2026, alongside this year’s Apple Watch announcements. Most of the new bands also fit older Apple Watch models going back several generations, so current owners don’t need this year’s watch to buy in.
Apple Watch Series 12 Gets a Burgundy Sport Loop and a Dark Bronze Milanese Loop
The Apple Watch Sport Loop picks up Burgundy, Olive, Magenta, Chambray Blue and a neutral Limestone, plus two new inkjet-printed plaid colorways in Burgundy and Light Umber. It’s still $49 and comes in 42mm and 46mm sizes for Apple Watch Series 12. The Apple Watch Milanese Loop returns in Dark Bronze alongside Radiant Gold and Natural, priced at $99. Its magnetic clasp can throw off Compass app readings, the same issue Apple has flagged on magnetic Apple Watch bands in the past. Apple’s fix is to remove the band or step away from other magnetic objects when you need an accurate reading. The stainless steel Link Bracelet also gets a Radiant Gold option to match the Milanese Loop, at $349.

Sport Band, Solo Loop and Nike Bands Round Out the Series 12 Lineup
The classic Apple Watch Sport Band, with its pin-and-tuck closure, returns with a deeper Navy Blue and a lighter Wildflower Blue, alongside Magenta, Olive, Burgundy, Pale Succulent, Sand and Black. It’s still $49 and fits the same range of wrist sizes as before. The stretchable Solo Loop adds Burgundy, Olive, Navy Blue and Wildflower Blue at $49, and the Braided Solo Loop gets the same four colors plus Magenta at $99. Neither uses a clasp or buckle, so sizing runs by number rather than S/M or M/L. The woven Modern Buckle switches to Navy Blue, Mulberry, Sage and Camel with gold or natural hardware, priced at $199 and sold only in 42mm. The suede-textured Magnetic Link adds Midnight, Burgundy, Wildflower Blue and Camel at $99. Nike’s two bands, the perforated Sport Band and the woven Sport Loop, move to a five-color set built around Essential White, Chalk Calm, Pavement Gray, After Dark Black and Spark Green, both still $49.

Apple Watch Ultra 4 Adds Dark Umber Trail Loop and a Translucent Ocean Band
Apple Watch Ultra 4’s three sport bands all shift toward earthier tones this year. The Trail Loop adds Dark Umber and Sand next to a refreshed Burgundy, still $99 for its stretchy nylon weave. The Alpine Loop gets Dark Olive and Desert alongside its own Burgundy, also $99, closing with the same titanium G-hook it’s used since launch. The Ocean Band moves to a new translucent silicone across Gray, Kelp and Black, replacing the solid colors from last year. It’s priced at $99 and pairs with either the black or natural titanium buckle depending on which Apple Watch Ultra 4 case you own.

Hermès Bands for Apple Watch Ultra 4 Start at $499 and Top Out at $2,199
Apple also refreshed its Hermès lineup for Apple Watch Ultra 4 with six styles. The Rocabar Club, Satin Clou de Selle and Kilim Single Tour all start at $499, the En Mer and Scub’H Diving are $549, and the titanium Grand H Titane bracelet runs $2,199. The Kilim Single Tour switches to a molded, waterproof rubber in six colors including Bleu De Malte and Orange, while the Scub’H Diving keeps its high-performance elastomer build for swimming and diving. None of the Hermès bands are sold through Amazon. They’re available only through Apple.com and Hermès boutiques, and Apple has not listed individual box or engraving options for this year’s colors yet.
