Youtube will replace BluRay, Seriously?

This is a rather fun post, although it’s quite authentic and it’s true, and we’re not making this up! A guy mailed Steve Jobs asking him whether the upcoming Macs would be loaded with BluRay drives or not? Check out what Jobs has to say about this.

Jobs offered a rather surprising answer to the question, “YouTube now supports HD video”. Well, if I had written this mail and I got this reply, I’d be looking at my monitor like as if someone asked me to donate my body for medical purposes and I don’t have an option to say “NO”!

Honestly, do you think YouTube will be running on your LED or LCD TV and streaming “movies”? [via 9to5Mac]

Of course they will. Why are you surprised at this? Netflix has been doing it for years.
