iOS 9 Jailbreak tool Pangu updated to 1.0.1 for Windows

iOS 9 got its first jailbreak yesterday thanks to the new Pangu app. It has now been updated to version 1.0.1 with bug fixes and stability updates.

Pangu iOS 9 jailbreak 1.0.1

Pangu is a fast and easy to use jailbreak for iOS 9, until you run into issues related to OTA, restore and back up and so on. Otherwise, for those users who did not face any trouble while using it, there have only been good things to say about it.

We would like to see less dependency on firmware restore and changing options on your device like disabling ‘find my iPhone’, turning on Airplane mode and so on fur a successful jailbreak. Unlike the jailbreak tools of the past, Pangu is just not very convenient yet.

However, with the number of tweaks coming out which bring iPhone 6s features like 3D Touch, haptic feedback, slide over, split screen, Live Photos and more to non-supported iOS devices in some form – there has never been a better time to jailbreak your iOS device.

We will keep you updated on the latest developments on Pangu. For now, Pangu is Windows only while the Mac version is coming soon. Pangu works with iOS 9, 9.0.1 and 9.0.2 while iOS 9.1 beta is not supported.

Change log for Pangu 1.0.1:

1.Fix a bug that leads to 0A error code.
2.Fix failure of launching on some PC.
 3.improve success rate.
4.Ensure the removal of the Pangu app.
