iPhone OS 4 to be unveiled on April 8 at an Apple event!

iPhone OS 4 eventApple has sent out invites to websites like Gizmodo for an upcoming event on 8 April ( this Thursday ) for a sneak peak at the next generation of iPhone OS software. Lets start wishing now – repeat after me: multitasking, social network integration ( add whatever other features you would want! ).

Oh, for the other side, there’s also a mysterious Microsoft event on April 12th.

  1. Exciting news, Hopefully there’ll be a liveblog of sorts to keep updated, I didn’t realize the announcement would be made this soon, I guess now anyone with a potential userland exploit will hold onto it until OS 4 is released to avoid Apple patching it
