Apple today announced that UK’s Prince William will be featured on Time to Walk and Apple Music 1 starting December 6. Prince William will close the second season of Time to Walk with a holiday special episode.

Prince William is the latest guest on Apple Fitness+ ‘Time to Walk’

In his Time to Walk episode, Prince William discusses the importance of keeping mentally fit. In addition, he also talks about a lighthearted moment when he was drawn out of his comfort zone, the value of listening as a way to empower others, and an experience that motivated him to prioritize mental health.

In the announcement post, Apple added that it is making donations to three charities chosen by Prince William that are doing important work around mental health: Crisis Text Line in the US, Shout 85258 in the UK, and Lifeline in Australia. These charities provide confidential crisis support and suicide prevention services.

As described by Apple, Time to Walk workout is “an inspiring new audio walking experience on Apple Watch for Fitness+ subscribers, created to encourage users to walk more often and reap the benefits from one of the healthiest activities.” Ranging from 25 to 40 minutes, Time to Walk features episodes from influential entertainment, sports, current affairs, and other people as audio files for users to listen to while maintaining their good health.

Featured guests on Time to Walk have included Dolly Parton, Anthony Joshua, Randall Park, Jane Fonda, Camila Cabello, Kurt Fearnley, Naomi Campbell, Draymond Green, Bebe Rexha, Min Jin Lee, Shawn Mendes, Stephen Fry, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Kesha, and more.

Prince William’s episode will be released on December 6, available to Apple Fitness+ subscribers in the Fitness app on the Apple Watch. And in a first for Time to Walk, the episode will also be streamed three times on ‌Apple Music‌ 1.

Users can listen to the 38-minute episode on Monday, December 6, at 8 a.m. local time in London and Los Angeles; and on Tuesday, December 7, at 8 a.m. local time in Sydney.
