Amazon has taken Apple HomeView down to $289.99 in Space Gray and Starlight, which is $9.01 off the $299 launch price. It is the first discount on the smart display, and it arrived one day after Apple announced it.
The countertop model has a 7-inch Liquid Retina display and Siri AI built in. Pre-orders ship on November 13, and Amazon lists the same delivery date.

Only Space Gray and Starlight carry the $289.99 price
Silver and Rose Pink stay at the full $299 on Amazon. The discount is about 3 percent, so the color you want matters more than the savings.
| Color | Amazon price | Savings |
|---|---|---|
| Space Gray | $289.99 | $9.01 |
| Starlight | $289.99 | $9.01 |
| Silver | $299.00 | None |
| Rose Pink | $299.00 | None |
The discounted HomeView comes with a 12MP camera, face recognition and nine camera feeds
HomeView has an A18 chip and a 12MP Center Stage camera for FaceTime. It recognizes up to six people by face, and each person gets a Home Screen with their own apps and widgets. The countertop model includes a USB-C cable and a power adapter in the box.
- Display: 7-inch Liquid Retina, dims from 500 nits down to 0.3 nits
- Home Camera face: streams up to nine camera feeds at once
- Audio: domed speaker base with a woofer and two passive radiators
- Accessories: works with the HomeView accessories we rounded up and with Matter devices
The wall-mounted HomeView was not on Amazon at launch
Amazon did not take pre-orders for HomeView (Wall Mounted) when sales opened on October 13, so the discount applies to the countertop model only. The wall mounted variant costs the same, despite not featuring a powerful speaker. Best Buy and B&H Photo were also taking HomeView pre-orders, and more Amazon prices sit on our Apple deals hub.
HomeView launches in the United States on November 13, and Amazon lists delivery for that same day.
