Apple TV+ announced season 3 of “Trying” comedy series will premiere on July 22, 2022

Season 3 of the comedy series “Trying” will premiere on Apple TV+ on July 22, 2022, worldwide. The cast of the new season includes Esther Smith, Rafe Spall, Eden Togwell, Mickey McAnulty, Oliver Chris, Sian Brooke, Darren Boyd, and Robyn Cara.

Trying is created by Andy Wolton and directed by Jim O’Hanlon. It is executive produced by Josh Cole, along with Wolton and O’Hanlon. The series is produced by BBC Studios, and Sam Pinnell and co-produced by Tim Mannion.

Trying is the journey of a couple Nikki (played by Esther Smith) and Jason (played by Rafe Spall) in their thirties who want to start a family. After exhausting all their options to have a biological child, they decided to adopt.

Season 2 of the series focused on the challenges the couple faced related to the adoption process. And the new the upcoming season 3 will showcase the part of the couple’s life after adopting two adorable children and learning the true fruits of parenthood.

After a dramatic end to season two, the eight-episode third season picks up with Nikki (BAFTA nominee Esther Smith) and Jason (SAG Award nominee Rafe Spall) waking up as new parents to two children they are still getting to know. Now they just have to keep hold of them, which proves to be trickier than they initially thought.
