New ‘Myst Mobile’ game, a remastered version of the original, coming to iOS

In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the original Myst, Cyan has announced the launch of the new “Myst Mobile” on iOS, soon. Myst is one of the popular games of the 1990s and the new Myst Mobile is coming to iOS and iPadOS which is a remastered version of the original. 

Myst Mobile is the mobile version of the puzzle classic and is optimized for iOS and iPadOS devices, especially for iPads with an M1 series chip. It will also be available on PC and Oculus headsets.

Play the Myst Mobile on iOS to visit the intriguing Myst Island, and uncover a story of ruthless betrayal awaits

Developer of Myst, CyanWorld announced the arrival of the new “Myst Mobile” on Twitter. Calling it the 2021 revamped version of Myst, the company described the upcoming game as a 3D version of the original. It will be arriving on iOS and iPadOS soon. 

The classic puzzle game just turned 30 years old and now can be enjoyed on mobile, anywhere, and at any time. Players will get to visit an intriguing, stunning, and mysterious Myst Island on which a story of ruthless betrayal unravels through puzzles.

The upcoming iOS game will be compatible with iPhones with A12 bionic chips and newer including iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, and newer, and iPad (8th generation and later), iPad Air (3rd-generation and later) and iPad Mini (fifth generation and later).

Myst Mobile will be free to download which will allow players to explore the first game’s location without restriction but to unlock the rest of the locations, it will cost $14.99.
