Its been a long week for iOS jailbreakers who’ve been hard at work bringing iOS 4.2.1 Untethered jailbreak for all current devices with greenpois0n. Not just this, they even managed to jailbreak the Verizon CDMA iPhone 4 running iOS 4.2.6. But this doesn’t stop here as Apple is getting ready to drop iOS 4.3 pretty soon. Even though the iOS 4.3 beta releases have been jailbroken already, efforts are being made to get it untethered too with the same Monte exploit used in the latest greenpois0n.
@MuscleNerd of the Chronic Dev-Team tweeted the following:
@comex and now one goal is to get Monte to untether 4.3-final using 4.2.1 SHSH blobs (and future FW X->FW Y’s, etc)
