Apple has released a Press Update that their were more than 1 Million downloads of OSX Lion on the first day. This is Apple’s eighth major release of OSX and the first to be distributed through the Mac App Store.
This download statistic means that users are buying Lion faster than any other OS release in Apple’s history. The Lion OS includes hundreds of new features like Mission Control, Air Drop, LaunchPad, Full Screen Apps, and many many more. With this newest OS, Apple has combined everything good about OSX and everything good about iOS. Bringing both to the Mac has really made for a great user experience.
