Apple TV+ has released the trailer for “It’s the Small Things, Charlie Brown”, an all-new Peanuts Earth Day special debuting on Friday, April 15 worldwide. The upcoming Peanuts special is based on the “Peanuts” comic strip by Charles M. Schulz and features the original song by Ben Folds.
“It’s the Small Things, Charlie Brown” is directed by Raymond S. Persi and produced by Peanuts and WildBrain for Apple TV+, along with James Brown and Tim Smith. The special is executive produced by Craig Schulz, Cornelius Uliano, Bryan Schulz, Anne Loi, Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts, Paige Braddock, and Amir Nasrabadi.
Apple TV+ released a new anthology collection of classic Peanuts titles on March 4 and premiered “The Snoopy Show” with season 2 on March 11.

Two Peanuts specials will premiere on Apple TV+ in April 2022
In celebration of Earth Day, the iconic kids’ characters are coming with an inspiring message on April 15. The trailer showcases Sally’s bond with a little flower on a baseball field, the special shares the importance of protecting the environment with young minds.
In celebration of Earth Day, “It’s the Small Things, Charlie Brown” follows Sally’s bond with a special little flower on the baseball field that may spell disaster for the big game. For Charlie Brown and the team, it’s just the inspiration they need to make a positive impact on their environment.
Furthermore, Apple Studio has also announced that the classic 1976 Peanuts special “It’s Arbor Day, Charlie Brown” will premiere on this Arbor Day, Friday, April 29 with a focus on the environment as well.
In addition, the classic Peanuts special from Mendelson/Melendez Productions, “It’s Arbor Day, Charlie Brown,’’ is also coming soon to Apple TV+ in celebration of the environment, and will make its Apple TV+ debut on April 29. To celebrate Arbor Day, Charlie Brown’s baseball team turns the field into a lush garden, throwing Peppermint Patty off her game.
Other new Apple TV+ original shows set to debut in April are as follows:
