Who Can Claim The Apple Settlement?
You may qualify if you live in the United States and bought one of the following iPhones in the U.S. between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025:
The device must have been purchased for personal or business use rather than resale. The settlement also requires you to be the original purchaser.
How Much Money Will You Get?
The settlement currently estimates a payment of $25 for each eligible device included in a valid claim.
That amount is not fixed. If fewer people file valid claims, the payment could be higher, up to $95 per device. If more claims are submitted than expected, the payment could be lower.
The $250 million settlement fund will also cover expenses associated with the case, including administration and attorneys’ fees.

- Enter your contact information.
- Provide the requested information about your qualifying iPhone.
- Select a payment method.
- Review your information and submit the claim.
The claim form may request your iPhone’s serial number. If you no longer have it, the settlement administrator provides other options for submitting the required information.
Available payment options include electronic and mailed payments, depending on the options presented during the claim process.
Why Is Apple Paying The Settlement?
The lawsuit concerns Apple’s delayed Siri Apple Intelligence features that were announced in 2024.
The lawsuit alleged that Apple marketed capabilities that were not delivered within the expected timeframe. Apple has denied the allegations and does not admit wrongdoing as part of the settlement.
