This newly submitted Cydia Store app called “App Switcher Brightness” is simple yet handy tweak that allows you to control your iPhone or iPod’s brightness right from the multitasking tray. All you need to do is download the tweak on your jailbroken iPhone or iPod touch and re-spring your device. Thats it! Now you can easily adjust the brightness through a slider placed right below the iPhone’s widget controls or the ‘now playing’ bar.
The tweak is compatible with iOS 4 only and is known to cause conflict with a similar tweak, also available on Cydia Store, called App Switcher Volume. So if you are already using that one, we suggest you proceed with caution before attempting to install, or just pick the one you want more!
