Apple has rolled out the 6th betas for iOS 9.3, OS X 10.11.4 and watchOS 2.2 to developers. The updates are minor (just 30+MB for iOS 9.3) and contain just bug fixes and stability improvements.
iOS 9.3 contains a lot of new features which include Night Shift, updates to built in apps such as Notes, Health and more. It also ships with new features for iPad targeted towards Education. watchOS 2.2 and OS X 10.11.4 contain minor updates on the other hand.

Though unlikely, we will update this post if we find anything new in these updates.
In case you are not registered with Apple’s Developer Program, head on over to the website to sign up. If you already on beta 5 of any of these releases, you should receive the update via General > Settings > Software Update (on iOS) or via Updates tab in Mac App Store.
