Meeter is a new macOS app which stays in the menu bar and enables users to quickly join virtual meetings on platforms like Zoom, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, and more.
If you are working from home with a calendar full of virtual meetings to attend, then Meeter is just the app for you. Once Meeter is installed on your Mac, quickly hopping between meetings will be a piece of cake for you.
The app is available on the Mac App Store and supports macOS 10.15 or later. Once you install the app and sync your calendar with it, it will pull in data for all your upcoming calls and provide you with quick access button to launch the call which is planned for the given time. Furthermore, as the app is using macOS authentication, there is no need to enter your calendar credentials again. Users only have to provide access to their calendars upon installing the app.
Meeter also allows users to add custom contacts, allowing them to directly launch calls form within the app. This feature can be useful if you have frequent calls with colleagues from time to time. This saves users the time to look up their colleague’s contact info from their phone or email every time they need to launch a call.
