As expected eagerly ( LiveSide have been covering the new icons and expected features constantly), Windows Live Essentials 2011 Beta Refresh is now available for download. Along with the new icons, there are many bug fixes in this release as well as Windows Live Language Setting with many language packs.
The installer weighs in at 151.5MB and contains all Windows Live apps. For those concerned, the version number is 15.4.3001.0809. Download it using the link below

I think you have the Web Installer version wrong, it says 2001, think you meant 2011.
