Apple TV+ has released the trailer for the upcoming “Now & Then” bilingual thriller series set to premiere on May 20, 2022, worldwide. The teaser gives a glimpse of the suspenseful story of college friends hiding a secret for 20 years and it comes back to haunt them in their adulthood.
Shot in English and Spanish, the new “Now & Then” series is written by Ramón Campos and Gema R. Neira and directed by Gideon Raff. It is executive produced by Raff and Teresa Fernández-Valdés. It was ordered from Bambú Producciones and creators Campos, and Neira.

Situated in Miami, the new series “Now & Then” is the story of a group of friends whose lives are shaken by a tragic car accident in their teenage which comes back to threaten their perfect world in their adulthood. The new teaser showcases the thrill and suspense surrounding the plot of the new series as the character try to unearth the mysterious threat that has come back to haunt them after twenty years.
“Now & Then” is a multi-layered thriller that explores the differences between youthful aspirations and the reality of adulthood, when the lives of a group of college best friends are forever changed after a celebratory weekend ends up with one of them dead. Now, 20 years later, the remaining five are reluctantly reunited by a threat that puts their seemingly perfect worlds at risk.
The upcoming series stars Emmy Award winner Željko Ivanek, Ariel Award winner José María Yazpik, Academy Award nominees Marina de Tavira and Rosie Perez, multi-Goya Award winner Maribel Verdú, Manolo Cardona, Goya Award winner Soledad Villamil, Jorge López, Alicia Jaziz, Dario Yazbek Bernal, Alicia Sanz, Jack Duarte and Miranda de la Serna.
“Now & Then” will join the expanding library of Apple TV+ drama series like “Slow Horses,” an international espionage thriller; “Pachinko,” a South Korean drama series; hit comedy “Acapulco” and others.
