Sky Mobile TV supports  streaming of news and sports channels. The channels that can currently be viewed via Sky Mobile TV app include:

  • At the Races

Using this app, sports fans can easily view English Premier League matches, Coca Cola Football League matches, international as well as domestic cricket matches, Golf and various other sports. Also, users can freely access Sky Mobile TV electronic program guide, in order to get knowledge of what are the various programs scheduled for the next 24 hours.

In order to view Live TV, users will be required to subscribe to the Sky Mobile TV service and register for a Sky customer ID (Sky ID). The subscription costs £6 or $10 a month. That’s not a lot of subscription fee, specially if you are a Premier League fan.

If you happen to be an O2 subscriber, you are in luck as O2 has offered free access to Live TV for a duration of 3 months.

On a related note, this is not the first app that Sky has launched. Sky apps have been downloaded more than 2 million times, which speaks of the popularity of Sky apps.image
