Google recently launched a minisite for its new Google TV. We found out that to get the Google TV you either needed to buy a Sony Internet TV, or buy a separate box to use with your current TV. Sony Internet TV is a smart TV that will allow you to browse the web and watch TV at the same time powered by Google TV.

It’ll be powered by an Intel processor that’ll enable it to easily load sites and stream videos. It’ll ship with a QWERTY remote and is expected to be released on 12th October.
With my 722 HD receiver I have Sony TV and the Google TV it’s a great combination. I just purchased the Google TV from DISH. As a consumer with DISH and employee having the Google TV is just what I been waiting for. It cost $4.00 a month for the integration fee and $179.00 for the Google TV. The Google TV amazes me everyday I just learned how to download apps for the Android market. What is better than being able to browse the web and watch Live TV on the same screen!
