Apple seeds iOS 17.5 and iPadOS 17.5 beta 2 to developers

Apple has released iOS 17.5 beta 2 and iPadOS 17.5 beta 2 to developers. The update is now available over-the-air for iPhone and iPad, as well as via Apple Developer Center for download. iOS 17.5 beta 1 and iPadOS 17.5 beta 1 were released to developers two weeks ago, while the public beta releases followed soon after.

The software update will bring new features to users including sideloading, app installation from the web to users in EU, design enhancements across built-in apps such as Books and Podcasts, improvements to anti-stalking systems for Find My accessories, MDM improvements, and more. You can read more about how sideloading and third-party app stores will work on iPhone in the EU.
