- Launch the Settings app.
- Tap on your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap on iCloud.
- Next, tap Manage Storage under iCloud.
- Tap Backup.
- Select the device whose backup you want to delete.
- Tap Delete Backup > Turn Off and Delete.
