Open up Cydia and Install iFile (shareware is fine).

Step 2 :

Click here (while viewing this page in Mobile Safari) and when it asks, open it in iFile.

Step 3:

While prompted by iFile, simply select the installer option to install the .deb file.

Step 4:

Now log in to your Facebook account via Mobile Safari and then re-spring.
